I'm currently a light/fire witch and I am finding my all but lacking participating in combat rather boring, so it was my idea to switch to dark/fire build

I added in lvls of acid over lava simply because lava pot in all truth sucks and it will for many an update (that is compared to acid)
I like pvping so I have some lvls in disenchant for the double buff remove
dust for obvious reasons
My main questions would be:
1) would gravity be worth lvling up past 5 (this is taking into account the introduction of awakenings eventually, hence the left over sp)
2) would I be better of spending those points into 2nd or 3rd tier skills instead and finally
3) is it even worth putting points into the water branch for just acid.
